As a sufferer of depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder, I can honestly empathise with others who suffer with these conditions.

After being involved in a severe accident in 2004, I was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), major depressive disorder and anxiety.

I feel that I have been very lucky to have received expert care from wonderful, talented psychologists and doctors. I have also been very lucky to have collected a wealth of material on these conditions which I would like to share on this site.

I sincerely hope that this material helps those suffering from these emotional disorders to better understand themselves and their condition.
